Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 1st January 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment and participation in any project management training program offered by Bluetellura AS. By registering and making payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. 📝 Course Registration & Payment

Full payment (or agreed installment) is required to confirm enrollment.

All payments must be made via approved channels (credit card, bank transfer, Stripe, etc.).

Registration is personal and non-transferable unless prior approval is obtained.
2. 💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy
A. Instructor-Led Online or Live Classes
-
100% refund if cancellation is requested 7+ days before the course start date.
-
50% refund if requested 3–6 days before the start date.
-
No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of course start or for no-shows.
-
Bluetellura may allow rescheduling to a future cohort based on availability.
NOTE: Any charges paid to the payment vendor will be deducted before refund is made
B. On-Demand Courses

Due to instant access to digital content, no refund is issued after purchase unless:

The course content was never accessed (0% progress), and
-
A refund is requested within 48 hours of purchase.

C. Other Training Program

100% refund if cancellation is requested a day after payment is made
-
50% refund if requested 2–6 days before the start date.

No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of course start or for no-shows.

3. 📆 Rescheduling Policy

You may request a one-time reschedule to the next available batch (Instructor-Led only) at least 72 hours in advance.

An administrative fee of 10% will be charged for additional reschedules.
4. 👩🏫 Instructor Availability

Bluetellura reserves the right to substitute instructors or modify the course schedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

If sessions are postponed due to technical or scheduling issues on our end, an alternative session will be offered.
5. 🔐 Access & Intellectual Property

All course materials (slides, recordings, templates, downloads) are for personal use only.
-
Sharing, duplicating, selling, or distributing course content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Access to digital content is granted for a period of 12 months unless otherwise stated.
6. 📜 Certification & Completion

A certificate of completion will be issued to participants who:

Attend at least 80% of live sessions (Instructor-Led), and
-
Complete all required assignments and final project (if applicable).
-
On-Demand users must complete 100% of course modules to qualify for the certificate.

Participation in this course does not guarantee passing the PMP® or any of the certification exams.

Bluetellura is not responsible for changes in PMI® policies, exam formats, or external certification eligibility.

9. 📌 Modification of Terms
Bluetellura reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.

By enrolling in any of Bluetellura’s project management programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
